Because many diseases occur because people are genetically predisposed to it? How long until the insurance check their DNA to see if you are diabetic potential look like? Why is insurance for eye care? thats because there is usually a genetic problem.

In the news a few weeks ago, a woman denied coverage because she was pregnant, a "preexisting condition".
I think he meant that she was pregnant before they get the insurance, but still an idiot.
Have you already purchased by insurance? "Predefined condition" does not mean that a potential state! I have a lot of diabetes in my family. I have more chances of developing diabetes as they age. But I have not yet, so I do not have a state.
It is like saying that the insurance does not cover a fire in your house a "preexisting condition" because you can catch a house made of wood, the fire! A better analogy than a state would be if you called and tried by insurance for fire damage after his house caused fire to get!
There already are laws there prohibiting the use of DNA tests for insurance purposes. Should be approved if the insurance companies try to use genetic testing as a means of detecting diseases, such as you suggest.
In addition, biased does not mean that your disease, so technically, to take the use of evidence to all pre-existing conditions claim.
I have often thought, even to a very good reason that you do not want someone who has access to our medical records! This means that an American had died four years have a better chance to live if they were born in any Western country to have universal health coverage.
If you do not like the policies that Obama has been chosen, you can always be removed from office in 2012. But if you do not agree with the facts, please let me know. I am always willing to learn, but please prove. None of those who did not agree with me so far made.
